Mr. Then MOS | Administrative and Programme Coordinator

Mr. Then MOS is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in various sectors of development and human rights. He joined TI Cambodia in October 2020 as the Senior Project Officer for the School of Governance Project. In August 2022, he took on the position of Programme Coordinator, focusing on Public Sector Engagement and Coalition Building Programme. He played a vital part in fostering partnerships and collaborations between various stakeholders to achieve common goals in the development sector. On March 2024, Then serves as a Programme Coordinator for the Empowering, Engaging, and Protecting Human Rights Defenders (2EP-HRD) Program at TI Cambodia.

This role allows him to contribute significantly to the promotion and protection of human rights in the country. Before joining TI Cambodia, Then gained valuable experience working at the Cambodian Center for Independent Media (CCIM), DW Akademie, and WaterSHED from 2015 to 2020. These experiences have allowed him to develop a comprehensive understanding of various aspects of development, governance, and human rights.
