Mr. SEAN Bunrith | Deputy Executive Director

Mr. Sean Bunrith joined Transparency International Cambodia (TI Cambodia) in March 2022, initially as Programme Coordinator before advancing to the management team. In 2025, he assumed the role of Interim Executive Director, where he played a leading role in running the organization through an important phase of institutional transition and organizational transformation.

With more than eight years of prior experience working with civil society organizations, Mr. Bunrith has contributed extensively to initiatives promoting democracy, human rights, election observation, and good governance. His work is marked by inclusive leadership, programme management skill, and a strong commitment to transparency and accountability.

Mr. Bunrith holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Cambodian Mekong University and a Bachelor’s degree in Education from the National Institute of Business. He has also completed numerous nationally and internationally recognized professional training programs related to governance and civil development.
