Welcome Our Executive Director

We are delighted to welcome Ms. Sin Putheary on board with Transparency International Cambodia (TI Cambodia) as Executive Director. Ms. Sin Putheary brings extensive leadership experience in Cambodia’s civil society sector, with a strong background in leadership, advocacy, stakeholder engagement, and organizational development. In her role as Executive Director, she will lead TI Cambodia’s overall strategic direction, strengthen institutional governance, foster partnerships, and advance our mission to promote transparency, accountability, and integrity across Cambodia.
